Originally this cinnamon sugar cookie was going to be called the ‘Outside In Snickerdoodle’, but then my hubby thought that was too much of a tongue twister. So he said why not just call it a Doodle Snicker…and it stuck. The typical Snickerdoodle is a sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon and sugar BUT my top selling Doodle Snicker has high quality cinnamon in the cookie dough and is rolled in crystal sugar. The Doodle Snicker is a wonderful balance of texture and flavor.
